Shipping

Shipping cost is based on an item's weight. To get a shipping estimate, add items to your cart, then enter your zip code into the "Shipping Costs" box in the right column. This box will not appear until an item is added to your cart. Adding an item to your cart requires no personal information, and does not obligate you to buy that item.

Order Cancellations

Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@riteav.com.

Email cancellations must contain the following: Order number, first name, last name, and email address.

Returns

Returns on non-defective parts are accepted within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges.

Opened, non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All items carry a lifetime warranty. If a product fails within 30 days, shipping charges will be covered both ways for a replacement. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refused / Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by RiteAV.com, including return shipping charges.
