All RiteAV® products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If you purchase a product and it is defective, RiteAV will provide the shipping to have it sent back to one of our fulfillment facilities. The defective product will be exchanged for a new product. The exchange may be contingent upon the return of the defective product.
If you would like to return a product because you changed your mind or because you purchased the wrong item, then a refund or exchange may be contingent upon the return of the product at the customer's expense. We cannot offer refunds for shipping and handling fees in these situations.

The date at the top of this page will be updated whenever the Privacy Policy of this site changes.
Access to Data
Most customer information is visible from the customer's account page. Sensitive payment information is stored securely with RiteAV's payment providers and is not directly accessible through http://www.riteav.com by either the customer or RiteAV.
Stored Information
RiteAV® / Ultra Spec Cable Inc stores and has access to the names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses and billing address of customers. Credit card information, such as credit card number, expiration date and security code are not accessible by RiteAV® / Ultra Spec Cable Inc employees. PayPal® payments are processed and stored by PayPal. Information related to credit card transactions are processed and stored by Authorize.net.
