It's manufactured from high-quality cold rolled steel and the powder coated finish provides an added level of durability, while protecting the enclosure from corrosion. It weighs 15 pounds and measures 1.75" H (1U) x 17" W x 14" D. The kit includes 4 x 3 Meter 12 Strand SC-APC Pigtails that can be easily spliced to the trunk, backbone or outside plant cable and 24 x SC-APC Adapters needed to populate the slots on the panel. The ready-to-terminate kit provides you with the necessary equipment to get your network up and running in no time, which saves both time and money. The enclosure's front and rear hinged doors provide quick access and the top panels are also removable if necessary, which is paramount during the initial installation or routine maintenance. The built-in splice tray arranges and stores the spliced fiber efficiently and the accessory pack consists of mounting hardware, Velcro/cable ties and a Port Identification Card to keep the cables tidy and cataloged. The 12 Strand SC-APC Pigtails are blunt on one end and the other end is terminated with 12 SC-APC Connectors which connect to the 24 x SC-APC adapters which are also included. The SC-APC Adapters precisely align SC Connectors using Angled Physical Contact which results in Low Insertion Loss and High Return Loss. They're shipped with dust caps to prevent dust and debris from contaminating the adapter. The kit provides optimum protection, keeps your fiber distribution organized when space is limited and maintains the integrity of your connections. We also offer 2U and 4U options for high density applications with various pigtail and adapter types and polishes.
