Details: Ultra Spec Cables FTTA Circular Sealed 2 Core LC-UPC Singlemode TPU Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable is designed Optical Signal Distribution and is ideal for use with FTTX/FTTA Systems PON CATV WiMAX/LTE Base Stations. The TPU Jacket protects the cable from damage caused by environmental conditions and is both extremely flexible and resistant to lubricants heat cracks and tears therefore making it suitable for both outdoor and harsh environments. These properties make it perfect for use in Wireless Base Station Applications and meet FTTA Requirements. One end has an LC-UPC Ruggedized Outdoor Rated UV/Corrosion Resistant Connector that features a locking bayonet for quick secure one-handed mating and a tethered dust cap. The opposite end is LC-UPC Duplex with a Pull String that runs tandem with the cable to prevent stress and strain on the connectors when installing. Primarily used in Telecommunication Systems this cable is designed for FTTA (Fiber To The Antenna) applications and would commonly connect the BBU (Baseband Unit) in the equipment room to the RRU (Remote Radio Unit)/RRH (Remote Radio-Head) in a Wireless Base Station Application.
