The enclosure is manufactured from high-quality cold rolled steel and the powder coated finish provides an added level of durability, while protecting the enclosure from corrosion. It weighs 8 pounds and measures 12" H x 14" W x 3.25" D, so its compact size is perfect for feeding a large capacity of cables to remote zones. A lockable hinged front door prevents access to both the Distribution and Network Sides while not in use. When open, both doors swing out to provide quick and easy access to all of the connections, which is paramount during the initial installation or routine maintenance. Top and bottom entry points with built in grommets yield improved cable management and the built-in spools helps to route the Color-coded 12 Strand Fiber Pigtails and stores the spliced fiber efficiently. The blunt end can be spliced to the trunk cable and the terminated ends connect to the backside of the LGX Panels. The accessory pack consists of two keys, clamps and mounting screws.
