Details: Ultra Spec Cables Multimode OM4 8 Fiber MPO Female to 4 x LC-UPC Duplex Type B Breakout Cable is ideal for use in 10 and 40 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel applications. They are used to fan out a single 40Gbps Connection to four 10Gbps connections so they're perfect for high density environments where space is a premium. The single MPO connects to four LC connections on equipment like switches routers SFP+/QSFP ports hubs patch panels and media converters. One end of the cable has an MPO Female Connector with a push-pull mechanism that simplifies engagement/disengagement and can plugged in/removed with one hand and without the use of tools. The connector design also prevents snagging when the cables are being installed. The opposite end has 4 x LC-UPC Duplex connectors and their numbered legs of equal length correspond to the fiber position in the MPO. The pre-terminated connectors are machine polished for optimal performance. The jacket features a Magenta color and a LSZH rating.
